1. This boarding pass is issued in the passenger’s name, is personal and non-transferable. It is valid only for the date and the trip for which it was issued.
2. Passengers must be at the embarkation area at least sixty (60) minutes before departure
In case a passenger misses the sailing, the fare is not refunded.
3. Passengers are entitled to carry free of charge luggage up to 10 kilos.
4. The shipping company is not responsible for any damage or loss of luggage retained under passenger’s personal care during the trip.
5. The shipping company is not responsible for any delay in sailing, deviation or modification of the scheduled route, due to bad weather conditions or Terminal Authority orders or due to force majeure.
6. Explosives, inflammable, incendiary and dangerous materials in general are strictly forbidden on board.
7. Passengers must abide by Terminal Authority (PPT), Immigration and Customs regulations.
8. Passengers should comply with the orders of the Master and the crew regarding the maintenance of order and safety of the vessel.
9. Pasir Gudang Passenger Terminal Sdn Bhd (PPT), its servants and its agents shall not be responsible for and shall exempt from all liabilities in respect of loss damage, injury, accident, delay or any inconvenience to any person or his/her luggage or any personal property.
Whether in respect of the voyage and in respect of any occurrence results from the negligence of PPT or any other person directly or indirectly in the employment or service of the PPT or otherwise, under any circumstances whatsoever.

11. For passengers that are holding a TWO WAY ticket. Please be reminded to show this ticket to the counter at Batam Centre or Harbour Bay for your return back to Pasir Gudang. We will not be responsible for any loss of it.

We may transfer your data to other countries and share it with our offices, agents, subcontractors, government bodies, and other carriers. By using our Services, you consent to this collection, use, disclosure, and transfer. We will not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
